Yesterday, Kate and I were having a very nice mother/daughter bonding moment while painting our toes together when we had a conversation that went like this:
Kate: Mom, when you were a baby was it like 1929 or something?
me: uh, no....it was 1976
Kate: WHOA!
Yeah, that made me feel good. Gotta love the things that come out kids mouths.

yeah jasmine's always reminding me how old i am too. she's always like, "mom, that is so 80's!"
